The view from our balcony in room # 409, was terrific. It was centrally located to everything on and around the port area. Wonderful service and everything was very clean. The breakfast was below average, although not bad.

Although not very central, the hotel has an amazing view, right on the beach and is great for a peace & quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we even had a relaxing massage

This was a great stay as we wanted to be away from young families. Had to rent a car to get around as the main city centre was a few miles away, but the view in Ballapais were spectacular

Dome was in a prime location so we could walk to restaurants and the harbour & have our pint! Dome is probably better suited for the older guests, which was perfect for us

Location was very central and we didnt need to rent a car as everything was walking distance. Staff were polite, good range of food on the menu. Was most impressed with the facilities available for the less able. Would definitely like to return soon

LOVED OUR THEME IN OUR ROOM. VERY AUTHENTIC AND THE RESTAURANT DID A FANTASTIC SPREAD. WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO RENT A CAR AS THE HOTEL IS NOT WALKING DISTANCE TO TOWN

my husband & i stayed here a few years ago and was not impressed with the lack of things for the kids. However Happy days told us they had renewed & we were impressed this year as there were more things for the kids to do. Not a good location tho if you want to sight see by walking. Had to drive to get about. But overall, a nice hotel and we really liked the decor & food. kids liked it too
